A few variants I like:

• Weight lifting

I like the progression. It’s cool to see the numbers go up

• Cycling

It literally just makes me feel like a kid again, just flying around at quite high speeds. I’ve recently discovered that this is also a lot of fun to do with friends

• Walking

This is the one that helped me the furthest in weight loss back when I was overweight. You can do basically unlimited amounts of it, and with a podcast or audiobook in your headphones, it doesn’t really get boring either.

It’s gotten significantly worse in basically every regard here in Sweden with regards to immigration, unfortunately.

Partner is also suffering from depression so every freaking time I begged to please turn the tv off, it’s just ended in a 30 minute therapy session at home on how I can improve myself.

I’ve had zero problems with mold. Maybe you have a poorly ventilated home, might want to check on that.

I do hang them in my living space, on one of those racks. How are those two mutually exclusive? You fold them out and put them on the floor.

When I lived in a 42 sqm apartment I just put them in the middle of the one room I had. It did require walking around them all of the time, and an apartment that small became quite humid when hang-drying inside, but I managed to pull it off.

You can fold them and put them on the wings. One item on each side, plus pillow cases and towels in the middle - this is my setup for washing bedsheets and towels.

Not a good time. Definitely one of those loss of innocence moments. I used to stride fearlessly through the city in the middle of the night, and I have not quite gotten that back yet. It’s better, but not the same.

I’ve been punched in the face by passers-by without any provocation in my life before, which has led to me constantly being vigilant.

That’d be likely to be a root cause in that case.
